I have hit my plateau
Ok, so I finally have hit the dreaded plateau that everyone speaks about. And it is really discouraging and depressing. I could so use some motivation right about now. I am going to do my apple day soon and it sounds terribly scary to me. Nothing to eat but 6 apples for the entire day and only enough water to quench thirst. Nothing more than that. The worst part is that I am not a big fan of apples. Biggest problem is me. I don't like much but I am a big fan none the less. Mostly, I am just BIG!

Girl I hope the apples went ok - maybe try applesauce with NO additives/artificial sugars, etc. Otherwise Keep up the good work!!! :)
