New Day, New Mommy
Ok, well today has been great so far. No more weight loss as of this morning. Still at the 11.2 pounds lost. I have such a long way to go but I know I will get there. Workouts are going well. I just need to get back into my ruinning. I took a week off and that was more than enough. Now I just need to get back into my running and do my workouts with more intensity and break through this awful plateau. I will get there for sure. Stay tuned for further updates.
